Coordinate Transform (sheet) converts points between Cassini-Soldner and UTM using sheet-based affine transformation from four control points per cadastral sheet.
CRS Transform (PROJ) reprojects coordinates using default PROJ4 / EPSG definitions (Cassini, UTM 37N, WGS84) or custom CRS strings — for general work without sheet data.
Traverse Adjustment computes latitudes and departures, checks misclosure on closed traverses, applies Compass or Transit rule balancing, and propagates station coordinates.
