CRS transform (PROJ)

Default reprojection using PROJ4 / EPSG definitions via pyproj. For sheet-specific affine adjustment, use Coordinate Transform (sheet).

PROJ defaults do not apply local sheet corrections — use sheet transform for official cadastral work.
